FRTLbyAndersen ApS accepts payment by credit /Dankort, eDankort, VISA, MasterCard and Maestro. Payment will be charged to your account when we ship your items.
All amounts are charged in Euro and include VAT or applicable sales taxes.
FRTLbyAndersen ApS use an approved payment server, which encrypts all information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that your information can not be read.
FRTLbyAndersen ApS delivers as soon as possible, but we make sure to ship your items within 14 whole working days after the order is received. Please check shipping information regarding delivery of the individual items when placing your order.
We use GLS for delivery of our products. Within Denmark, these companies normally offer day-to-day delivery from the time we ship until you receive your package. However, we cannot guarantee this delivery time and, therefore, we are not responsible for delays by our shipping vendors. If your package is delayed by more than 5 working days from the time you received a shipping confirmation e-mail from us – feel free to give us a call.
Deliveries to the Faroe Islands, Greenland and non-Danish addresses are solely shipped with GLS.
We provide a two year warranty under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Our warranty applies to defects in material or workmanship that arise in the normal use of the product.
If you have not handled or maintained the item correctly, you can not make use of the warranty.
When you receive your package from us, you must open it immediately and make sure everything is in order.
If something is wrong with your order upon receipt, please write to us at email@example.com so we can repair the product, exchange it or give you a refund.
If your products need to be returned, we will cover the costs of return postage. But please write to the above e-mail address or call (+45 7022 1805) before sending the package back. Please note that we will not accept packages sent COD.

If we have agreed on a refund, you must send your bank details by e-mail so we can transfer the agreed amount.
We are sure that you will love our products, but should you regret, we offer a 14-day full refund on all products purchased in our shop. The 14-day return period begins the date you receive your product.
If you want to return your purchase, write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and tell us that you regret your purchase and want to take advantage of the 14-day return period. We will then send you an e-mail that explains the process for returning your items. Remember to write your name and phone number in the e-mail and please include the order number – this will help speed things up and ensure you are credited properly.
Please remember that we must be notified by e-mail within 14 days of your receipt of the product. Your return package must then be postmarked not later than 14 days after sending us notification of your intention to,return the shipment.
If you use the 14-day refund, you are responsible for paying for the return shipment. Again, we will not accept packages sent COD.
Returning the product
If we determine that your returned goods show unusual wear-and-tear or unreasonable usage, you will be liable for the diminished value of the item. For example, if you have worn purchased clothes (beyond simply trying them on) or if you have used a cup to drink from or similar types of usage that excced what one could expect in a physical store, we will consider the item used. This would mean that if you return the item(s), you will only receive a part (or none) of the purchase amount back at our discretion and depending on the product’s commercial value.
In order to receive a full refund you must therefore treat the product as you would in a physical store. Please test the product, but not actually begin to use it.
